When you make the oil, use magnesium chloride flakes. I bought mine on Amazon. I bought 5 lbs for $18 of today’s dollars (which the political are inflating rapidly.) That will last a long time.
Use filtered water or distilled water. You want to avoid chlorine, fluoride, and other toxins.
Boil 1/2 cup water and add 1/2 cup of magnesium chloride flakes…
However it may sting a bit when you rub it into your skin.
Double the amount of water. Do NOT double the amount you rub into your skin. Over time, you will use use less water until you are at the 1/2 cup water and add 1/2 cup of magnesium chloride flakes level.
I recommend a small brown colored glass spray container. Make small batches and keep fresh. Brown glass provides better protection from light than green or blue bottles. Ck with Amazon.
