All You Exercise Hamsters!
I don’t own and don’t want a treadmill. This article reinforces my lack of desire.
I’m sure you’ve thought about reading, listening to educational tapes, watching television and other ways to make the experience more enjoyable.
Apparently these don’t work very well. They do have a few hints; but, it’s better to think outside the box or at least outside the wheel.
Dr. Al Sears has a course called PACE that is about 60 seconds of intense exercise followed by 60 to 120 seconds of rest while using your pulse to tell you how hard you can exercise and how long to rest.
