Are you a day person or a night person and what kind of difference does it make?

I was in the night club business for a number of years. I went to bed sometime between 4:00 am and dawn. Usually closer to dawn.

I worked with someone who loved meetings at 5:00 am. I have done both and still lean towards the night.

I’ve seen many articles about how much sleep you need and that night shifts can have a negative impact on health.
