When I was trained in hypnosis, my instructor told me that whenever a client told him they had no control over their weight, he instructed them to gain 10 pounds – which they could and did – and proved they did control their weight.
I don’t recommend gaining weight as a starting point. I prefer research, explore and test… Keep in mind, a lot of weight is not how much you eat, it’s how many fat food industry myths you believe. (Follow our link below to Wheat Belly, Sugar & More)
