One of the most important things you can do for your body is to test it to see how well it’s functioning. If it functions great, that’s good. If it doesn’t, then it’s time to take action…

The test is pretty easy. Sit on the chair. Place each hand across your chest on the opposite shoulder. Keep your feet flat on the floor, your back straight, and your arms against your chest. Then rise to a full standing position and sit right back down. Repeat this as many times as you can for 30 seconds. Here are the average scores for various ages…
