Advertising slogans frequently gain the status of dogma; beliefs that are not questioned. Do you have any?

I think that there is 1 dogmatic belief included in this counterculture list of health exposes. The dogmatic belief is vegetarianism is good and eating protein is bad.

This is an area where you can do your research and make your own decision.

I don’t know why lions were made to thrive by eating antelope. I do know that vegetarianism is not good for them.

What’s good for us remains to be seen.

You can find authorities who will look at the same set of facts and come to 2 different opinions on whether or not man was designed to be carnivore, herbivore or an omnivore who eats both meat and vegetation.

There is a wealth of information and supporting testimonials in both directions by people I respect for their ability to question conventional beliefs, research, and make their own decisions.

Keep in mind that processed food is not the same as unprocessed food. Sometimes the stories forget to tell you the details you need to make good decisions… So do your own additional research to see what makes the most sense to you.
