What we eat, how much we eat, how often we eat, how healthy we eat makes a huge difference in our daily health.
I have tried the idea of eating poorly and supplementing to make up for my bad habits and laziness… Not a good plan.
For me, supplementation helped me restore balance when my life style got too out of whack. (Now how’s that for a scientifically based statement?) But at some point we have to eat better and learn how to take care of our bodies or our bodies will be mostly dead yet animated by a lifelong stream of drugs designed for zombies…
